Happle Bagel Sandwich

This is one of my most favorite recipes!  I've been eating this ever since I was really little and I got my first ever cookbook and set of measuring spoons (see below).  If you need a nice heavier snack or a lighter meal, look no further.

Happle Bagel Sandwich

1 bagel (I use plain or egg)
1 granny smith apple
2 slices of American cheese
Cinnamon

Cut bagel so you have two halves.  Place one piece of cheese on each half (the inside of the half, not the outside).  Slice your granny smith apple and place two semi-thick slices on each bagel (I usually add a little more since the apple doesn't cover the whole bagel.)  Sprinkle with cinnamon.  Bake at 350 degrees for 5-10 minutes or until the cheese starts melting.

They are delicious, easy, and fast!  This was lunch for today and way too much.  You should definitely share with someone if you can!
